About us

Trusted Community Closet, Inc. is a 501 (c) 3, non-profit organization located in Milwaukee, Wisconsin.

The founder and CEO is Roshay Edwards. Roshay is a proud mother, serial entrepreneur, public speaker, business coach, life coach, employment coach and therapist. She earned a master's degree in social work from Aurora University (GWC), of Aurora, IL.  She became a mother at the age of 16 years of age and also experienced domestic violence. These were monumental events that could have caused her to succumb the social norms of her environment, but she persevered and now wants to help other women do the same! Her commitment and God given gift is to help others. The creation of this non-profit organization serves to that passion.

Our name, Trusted Community Closet, Inc., came from the thought that most women have excess in their closets, an overflow of unused and gently used, unwanted items that can be a blessing to others. With that, metaphorically, when we speak of closets it is usually something(s) negative that we do not want to expose, divulge or share. Nevertheless, these tangible items and intangible experiences are invaluable, and we should share them with others.

Our goal is to bring together a community of women that are willing to give and receive resources and services in a trusting environment to empower each other! We aim to assist all women, dedicated to empowering and celebrating women from all walks of life!

Our team of experienced, educated and professional coaches commit to providing personalized support and guidance to help all women thrive in life. We believe in using the clothing and experiences in our closets to strengthen and celebrate every woman!

"It is more blessed to give than to receive." Acts 20.35
